For sole traders and partnerships this necessarily refers to the Tax authorities as the basis for forthcoming tax assessments.

In addition for limited companies, accounts need to be filed at Companies House together with the annual return, although for ‘smaller’ companies abridged accounts can be filed.

We will guarantee a turnaround time for the production of final accounts and will agree with you in advance the extent of the work to be carried out and the fees to be charged.
